These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apostlestyle.com and any order you place with Apostle Style (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We produce custom screen printing, DTF and UV DTF transfers, embroidery, laser engraving, and promotional products, either from our catalog or built to your specifications through our gang sheet builders, size-based order tools, or the Start Creating quote request form.

Orders & Pricing

Prices shown on our site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order through our cart is an offer to purchase; we'll confirm acceptance by email. Custom quote requests submitted through Start Creating are not binding orders — we'll follow up with pricing and next steps before any payment is collected.

Custom & Personalized Items

Many of our products are printed, engraved, or personalized to your specifications. Because of this:

• You're responsible for the accuracy of any text, names, or artwork you submit — please double-check spelling and details before adding an item to your cart.
• You confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork or design you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• We may decline to print artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.
• You retain ownership of artwork you upload. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order.

Turnaround & Shipping

Most orders are printed and shipped within a few business days; ready-to-press DTF transfers typically ship in 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume and rush requests — see our FAQ for details.

Returns & Refunds

Because most items are printed, engraved, or personalized to order, we can only accept returns or offer refunds for misprints or manufacturing defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Order changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, and site design — is owned by Apostle Style or our licensors and may not be used without permission. This does not affect your ownership of artwork you upload for a custom order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apostle Style is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
